Creating an inclusive workplace

Employee resource groups — full support for everyone

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) play a vital role in educating, elevating, and linking Team McKesson together. No matter your perspective or experience, ERGs are open to all employees to help build stronger communities.

Ability - Disability Community Ability's mission is to be the healthcare employer of choice for people within the disability community, to support McKesson's recruitment and retainment efforts within the community, and to foster awareness, accessibility, and inclusion.
Arc - An open cultural resource for all Arc’s mission is to accelerate belonging across multiple dimensions of diversity, create opportunities for allyship, and celebrate individuals of all cultures. Arc strives to be the “bridge + connectivity” to the other ERGs.
BE - Black Excellence - be empowered BE’s mission is to provide professional development opportunities so that McKesson’s Black, and those of the African diaspora, employees can reach their full potential. BE supports diversity awareness and is a volunteer resource for community events.
EP - Emerging Professionals EP’s mission is to produce top-level leaders by providing professional development opportunities and resources. Their purpose is to empower McKesson employees at all levels to build the career of their dreams whether it’s their first job or their fifth.
MENA: Middle Eastern and North Africa MENA’s mission is to promote awareness and celebrate the diversity of the Middle Eastern and North African culture, empower employees through professional development, and connect them across McKesson and our communities.
MMRG - McKesson Military Resource Group MMRG welcomes veterans and their families, provides development opportunities, supports recruitment of veterans, and participates in events to honor active-duty military and veterans; with special focus on addressing mental health & suicide prevention.
WE - Women Empowered Women Empowered has a mission to promote the professional development and advancement of a world-class female workforce through advocacy and awareness. WE aims to make McKesson a place where women thrive at work and in life.
PALMa - Professional Association of Latinos at McKesson PALMa is a key channel for our Latino/Latina employees to develop the capabilities and community needed to grow their careers at McKesson. PALMa unites the collective talents of Latinos to inspire greatness, promote diversity, and nurture future leaders.
PAVE - Pan-Asian Voices for Excellence PAVE provides professional development to the Pan-Asian community, fosters business excellence by harnessing strengths found in diverse backgrounds, builds cultural awareness and appreciation, and engages in community events.
Pride: Strengthening McKesson by advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion Pride’s vision is that the safety and well-being of all LGBTQIA+ employees and allies will become fully realized through fostering a more inclusive environment for all McKesson employees. Pride is committed to education and building diversity awareness.
Unity: Uniting Native and Indigenous Tribes with You The UNITY ERG celebrates Native and Indigenous culture and embraces diversity by educating, connecting and empowering McKesson employees through professional development and community outreach that builds cultural awareness.
