This program will review a comprehensive and simple technique to prepare for and address any emergent microorganism threats such as CRE and MERS-CoV. During this webinar, isolation precautions, hand hygiene, and disinfection of the environment, amongst other prevention techniques, will be discussed. The differences between the “prevention of transmission” vs. the “prevention of the healthcare-associated infection (HAI)” will also be presented.
