McKesson Specialty Health to Acquire Majority Stake in Oncology Rehab Partners

Strategic agreement will allow McKesson Specialty Health to further support cancer care providers at every stage of care

The Woodlands, Texas (April 1, 2014) ― McKesson Specialty Health, a division of McKesson Corporation focused on empowering specialty care providers, today announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Oncology Rehab Partners, an oncology rehabilitation services company based in Northboro, Mass.

This agreement further bolsters McKesson Specialty Health’s robust portfolio of innovative clinical, business and technology solutions for cancer care providers. With the addition of Oncology Rehab Partners’ industry-leading training and certification services, McKesson Specialty Health will now offer solutions to support cancer care providers at nearly every stage of patient care – from clinical decision-making, prehabilitation, treatment and rehabilitation.
