Paul Dieter brings years of business experience to the practice

Youngstown, Ohio (April 1, 2015) The Hope Center for Cancer Care, a practice in The US Oncology Network, announced today the appointment of Paul Dieter as its new executive director. In his new role, Dieter is the administrative leader for all non-clinical components of delivering treatment to patients. This includes front desk operations, strategic growth initiatives, marketing, technology enhancements, and overall patient satisfaction.

“We are excited to welcome Paul to the practice. I know his experience in business and healthcare will be valuable assets,” said Chris Knight, M.D., one of the leading physicians at The Hope Center for Cancer Care. “His local roots and strong work ethic, coupled with his natural leadership style, will be a great fit for our practice and our patients.”

Dieter is a native of the Youngstown/Warren area and comes to The Hope Center for Cancer Care after spending several years in the healthcare industry. Most recently he has been working with private physician practices on improving scheduling processes and customer service as well as building high- quality teams.  As a former small business owner, Dieter has a deep understanding of operating a business and the importance of having a strong team to carry out a practice’s vision to enhance patient care.

“I’m honored to join a highly respected practice that is committed to putting patients first,” said Dieter. “As a husband to an oncology nurse, I understand and admire the dedication and compassion of cancer care providers. In my new role at the practice, I aspire to help preserve the family atmosphere and high-quality customized care that differentiate The Hope Center for Cancer Care from other cancer facilities in the area.”
