Patient Access to Therapy

We offer comprehensive support that help manufacturers navigate the complexities of reimbursement and enable affordable, safe access to therapy. Our solutions include strategic consulting, reimbursement services, patient assistance programs (PAPs) and inside sales services. We also manage some of the industry's most rigorous REMS programs - helping many manufacturers effectively balance the FDA mandates while meeting product commercialization goals. Our REMS services include strategic design, FDA submission, program administration, controlled distribution and surveys and assessment.

Provider Engagement

We offer targeted, tailored and efficient engagement vehicles to reach providers in formats that best suit their needs. Our solutions include peer-to-peer live educational programs led by key opinion leaders, webcast presentations on a topic of your choice (on-label) and facilitated by a seasoned moderator, highly targeted email marketing programs, marketing material fulfillment services, as well as expert events, sponsored posts and microsites or content pages on The Oncology Portal.

Patient Engagement

Through our targeted patient engagement solutions, you can educate patients on the benefits and risks of your product, but you can also provide valuable and timely information on important topics such as the appropriate length of therapy, side-effect management and the importance of treatment adherence.

For patients taking an oral oncolytic, we offer communication solutions that can be broad or targeted to patients receiving your therapy for a specific indication. In addition to targeted mail and email campaigns, we offer outbound calls by trained nurses to patients receiving your therapy through our Specialty Pharmacy.
