Did you know that you can now deliver better patient care and get reimbursed for non-face-to-face chronic care management services?
With the recently released chronic care management program under CPT® code 99490, many physicians now qualify to be reimbursed for non-face-to-face services delivered to Medicare beneficiaries. While these reimbursements enable physician practices to improve quality care and increase patient engagement, many have left money on the table by not taking advantage of this new code.
Featured Topics Include:
- How chronic conditions are impacting Medicare spending and the new industry trends towards value-based care
- How to qualify for and receive compensation for
chronic care management services under CPT code 99490
- How to calculate your practice’s potential revenue from chronic care management reimbursements
- How to implement and maintain a successful chronic care management program
The presentation was led by Bill Sillar, National Channel Manager, McKesson Business Performance Services (BPS).
