Customer Service Careers: Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Stable employment history
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask (talk and type)
- Ability to quickly learn new information, processes, systems and tasks
