McKesson’s Graduate Rotational Career Development Programs provide you with:

Human Resources Rotational Development Program (HRDP)
  • Functional assignments in: Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Organizational Design, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Project Management.
  • Program is designed for two and a half years and consists of three six-month rotations and a one year HR Business Partner rotation. Geographic mobility is required.
  • Qualified applicants must possess either a MBA, a Masters in Human Resources, or other related graduate degree.
Finance Rotational Development Program (FRDP)
  • Functional job assignments in: Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Strategy, Project Management and Pricing. 
  • Program consists of four six-month rotational job assignments. Geographic mobility is required. 
  • Qualified applicants must possess a MA and have at least three years of relevant work experience.
Management Rotational Developmental Program (MRDP)
  • Functional job assignments in: Sales, Operations, Product Management, HR, Strategy, and Marketing.
  • Job rotations may take place within a business unit or across the company.
  • Program consists of four six-month rotations. Geographic mobility is required.
  • Qualified applicants must possess a MBA and have at least three years of relevant work experience.
Pharma Rotational Development Program (PRDP)
  • Functional assignments in: Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales/Marketing.
  • Program consists of three eight-month rotations. Geographic mobility is required.
  • Qualified applicants should have at least three years relevant work experience.
