About McKesson’s Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

McKesson is committed to fostering a workplace environment that respects the many ways we are different from one another, and supports and acknowledges the diverse world in which we live and work. McKesson employees* are from all races, walks of life, lifestyles and backgrounds, and generate the creativity and vitality that make this company a great place to work. One of the many ways our employees demonstrate our ICARE shared principles is through our diversity and inclusion actions.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Initiative enriches our employee experience, broadens our thinking, and helps us compete, innovate, grow and deliver safer, more affordable and efficient healthcare. As a healthcare leader, McKesson’s ability to take care forward in nearly every segment of the healthcare industry is achieved through our diverse employees.

Diversity and Inclusion is good for business: it allows us to reflect and respond to a diverse customer base; keep pace with changing demographics; improve productivity, creativity and quality; improve teamwork and decision making; demonstrate our corporate citizenship; and support our government contracts.
