McKesson Physician Customers Receive Prestigious Honor

Christopher Snyder, D.O., chief medical information officer, Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury, Md. and Richard Snow M.D., medical director for performance improvement, Doctors Hospital/OhioHealth, Columbus Ohio, have both been named to Modern Healthcare magazine's prestigious Top 25 Clinical Informaticists.

The award recognizes medical professionals who excel at using patient care data to improve the clinical and financial performance of their healthcare organizations. The two physicians are McKesson Horizon Clinical ^® customers and PRMC received top honors in McKesson's third annual Celebrating CPOE Success Award competition for 2010.
