Vision. Innovation. Performance. These are the hallmarks of McKesson customers that receive the VIP Award. Each year, the VIP Award is presented to McKesson Technology Solutions customers that use IT to achieve substantial results in the areas of quality, safety and efficiency.
The winners are selected by a panel of independent judges after two rounds of scoring. Criteria used to select winners include using technology to solve a business issue, project methodology, clinical and financial results, and the methodology used to measure results.
Each winner receives a $10,000 grant for its foundation and a beautiful hand-blown glass trophy. The 2009 McKesson VIP Award winners are:
