When you accept a health care job with McKesson, our compensation programs will:
  • Provide competitive total cash compensation relative to your level of responsibility, experience, skills, competencies, and market rates for similar positions. In general, the total cash compensation target is equal to the 50th percentile of total cash compensation in the competitive market. Simply put, this means that the company strives to pay you at the middle of the competitive market place.
  • Attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance work force.
  • Give you the opportunity to share in the ownership of the company.
  • Be flexible to recognize differing needs of individual business units and employees.
  • Hold managers accountable for compensation and rewards/recognition management, including employee performance evaluations at least once each year.
