Employee Assistance Program (EAP) McKesson offers an employee assistance program nationwide through a contracted service. This program offers you and your family members free, confidential counseling for a variety of reasons such as depression, substance abuse and family matters. Eldercare and childcare referrals are available. Legal and financial services are provided as well. Employee Referral Bonus Program McKesson's Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage you to participate in providing McKesson with the most qualified candidates, to give you an opportunity to promote McKesson Corporation, and to support your friends and former colleagues. Paid Time Off Paid Time Off (PTO) combines vacation and sick time to create a single bank of time you can use to suit your personal needs. New hires are eligible for 16 days of paid time off annually. PTO does not carry over from year to year. All employees with the exception of union, international, and part-time employees working less than 32 hours are eligible for PTO.
