The McKesson Center for Learning provides professional, management and business skills training, designed to unlock leadership potential, no matter whether you are seeking a sales career, health care IT job or another type of health care career. We offer a leadership certification program based on our core competencies: the skills, knowledge and behaviors essential for success at McKesson. By developing these competencies, we create the desired business culture and work environment to help achieve our business goals. The program gives you the training you need to be an effective leader and take your health care career to the next level. The Center for Learning also offers a wide variety of IT and end-user technology training. In addition, McKesson business units meet employee training needs through product, sales and customer education training.

When you enroll in a pre-approved academic program to prepare for a current or future position within our company, we will pay your tuition and associated fees.
