Disease Management Programs

McKesson has a growing library of disease management programs that enable providers to reach a broad base of patients. Examples of these programs include diabetes, asthma, heart failure, and more. The patient answers symptom-specific questions using the Health Buddy® Appliance, an in-home communication appliance from Robert Bosch Healthcare. The Health Buddy Appliance collects patient data such as weight, vital signs and blood glucose levels, giving the care provider a more complete picture of the patient’s health.
