Upon arrival, please report to the reception area where you will be directed to the appropriate classroom.

Directions from Airport From Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW):

• Take the north exit out of the airport to 121 North.
• Pass the 114 and 635 exits and stay on 121 North.
• Follow 121 North past Sandy Lake Rd./Grapevine Mills Pkwy. IMPORTANT: Stay in the right lane on 121 North. Take the 121 North Business Highway overpass to Lewisville, which exits to the right.
• While on the 121 North Business Highway, you will pass the 3040/Round Grove Rd. exit.
• When you reach Corporate Drive, take a right.
• Cross over I-35E.
• Take the second left on Lakeway (no stop sign). The McKesson office will be on the right facing Corporate Drive.

From Dallas Lovefield (DAL):

• Take the south exit out of the airport to Mockingbird Lane.
• Take a right (west) on Mockingbird Lane.
• After about 2 miles, take a right (north) on I-35E.
• Stay on I-35E North for about 15.5 miles.
• Take the Corporate Drive Exit (#449).
• Take a right (east) on Corporate Drive.
• After one stop sign, take the next left at Lakeway Drive. The McKesson office will be on the right facing Corporate Drive.

Cancellation Policies

The following information outlines McKesson’s cancellation policies for both classroom courses and Web-based courses.

Classroom Course Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary for you to cancel your registration, please note:

• Clients may cancel their confirmed reservations up to (10) working days prior to the training without penalty.
• Cancellation within (10) working days of the training event will result in the client being responsible for the full registration fee.
• Don't forget that if you cancel or postpone your class, you will need to re-schedule or cancel your hotel accommodations as well. McKesson Corporation is not responsible for any no-shows.

Web-Based Course Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary for you to cancel your registration, please note:

• Clients may cancel their confirmed reservations up to (5) working days prior to the training without penalty.
• Cancellation within (5) working days of the training event will result in the client being responsible for the full registration fee.
