McKesson’s open shift management solution, eShift™, is a powerful communication tool that allows managers to post open shifts using an Internet browser.  Staff are notified of available shifts via the Web or text message.  Staff members and float pool can view open shifts and offer to work.  Rules are automatically applied to ensure overtime prevention, patient safety and scheduling fairness.
