McKesson is committed to providing practical information that community oncology practices need to thrive.

Our physician services include providing the most up-to-date, pertinent information:

  • Pricing updates and medical reimbursement information
  • Monthly legislative and regulatory teleconferences
  • Educational programs
  • Web casts that cover CMS initiatives, advocacy, and clinical management issues

Reimbursement Updates. Medical reimbursement updates aren’t easy to find and can be difficult to understand. McKesson does the heavy lifting here. McKesson’s government affairs staff track, review, analyze, and put in plain English how changes in medical reimbursement can impact practices. They also find and post official notices and provide links to various resources that help put it all in perspective.

Best of all, McKesson tells practices when they need to review important information through dedicated e-mail communications. Customers that choose to opt-in will receive the most timely, relevant information, regarding manufacturer price increases, product announcements, etc., via e-mail.

Events Calendar. Don't have time to keep up with the conference circuit? McKesson hosts and attends several oncology and specialty-related conference calls, Web casts, and meetings that address a host of physician interests throughout the year. Be sure to check McKesson's Events calendar periodically.
