Nurse Advice

McKesson’s 24/7 nurse advice is a tool to provide acute health issue advice and enroll members into care management programs. It’s a single source to assess inbound callers, help members determine the most appropriate care for acute episodes and initiate referrals to case and care management programs for members with chronic conditions.
