Applying Detailed Clinical Knowledge
At the foundation of ProMatch is an extensive clinical knowledge base that uses the appropriate American Medical Association (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) procedure codes and International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes.
This knowledge base incorporates common practice guidelines derived from McKesson's physician panels, composed of more than 200 board-certified physicians and experts. Payors can also customize the knowledge base to accommodate their specific needs.
Interfacing with CodeReview
ProMatch may be integrated into payors' existing claims processing environments through a single interface with CodeReview. ProMatch and CodeReview results appear together on recommendation reports, so output analysis is quick, easy and comprehensive.
