You can access the following tools via the Transaction Solutions Hub portal:

  • Eligibility Verification: Automates the verification process for insurance eligibility from payors, saving staff time, streamlining registration, and reducing the errors and omissions that lead to denials
  • Address & Payment Validation: Helps reduce returned mail and self-pay bad debt write-offs by verifying patient demographic information and credit status, including charity and Medicaid qualification
  • Claims Control: Automates claim editing to identify errors before submission, eliminating rejections, and online billing shortens submission and payment cycles
  • Compliance Control: Audits clinical codes against the most comprehensive database of rules for state and federal coding to prevent claim rejections and possible fines, and when integrated with McKesson’s online claims editing and billing tool, you can streamline workflow even further by adding additional editing capabilities
