Once your new Pharmaserv® pharmacy management system is installed, a dedicated support specialist will be assigned to you for the first few months. This ensures you will have the knowledge and confidence you need to operation smoothly. MPS is committed to giving customers the skills they need to fully benefit from our systems:
- Self-paced computer-based training courses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Tour the online Learning Center with free computer-based tutorials you can download and review at your own pace.
- Browse our quarterly newsletters, full of upcoming events, trainings, release information and best practices derived from customer feedback.
MPS is committed to excellence and has implemented Six Sigma processes in order to consistently deliver high-quality service. We have a state-of-the-art phone system, Voice over Internet protocol to more efficiently route calls, and eConnect, a high-speed remote access for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
