Horizon Expert NotesTM, part of the Horizon Clinicals® suite of solutions, improves physician efficiency and satisfaction by integrating physician inpatient documentation, such as computerized physician order entry (CPOE), with other McKesson clinical applications and clinical workflow. This tool completes the inpatient physician workflow loop, creating a seamless, end-to-end solution.

Documentation and CPOE tools allow each physician to provide support for each inpatient encounter through the method that he or she chooses, including:
