Industry Leaders Gather to Transform Healthcare at 2006 McKesson Health Solutions Conference

Emad Rizk, M.D., president of McKesson Health Solutions, will kick off the meeting by outlining key industry trends and developments, as well as McKesson’s vision for transforming healthcare via initiatives for impacting cost, quality and incentive alignment. Luminaries from leading healthcare organizations, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Gorman Health Group, the American Managed Behavioral Health Association, the University of Washington Medical Center and Johns Hopkins University will share their perspectives on behavioral health, regional health information organizations (RHIOs), predictive modeling, evidence-based medicine, consumer-directed healthcare and other healthcare topics and trends.
