The recent renewal agreement for McKesson's managed care products includes InterQual(R) Criteria to support decision-making for acute care, post-acute care, behavioral health, imaging, procedures and durable medical equipment; CareEnhance(R) Clinical Management Software (CCMS(R)) for workflow and online physician authorizations and referrals; and CareEnhance(R) HealthPlan Reporter to meet HEDIS(R) reporting needs and help ensure members are receiving key preventive services. Mercy Health Plans is a long-term client for CareEnhance(R) Nurse Triage services and McKesson's claims management software.
