The Joint Commission Recertifies McKesson Health Solutions CareEnhance(R) Disease Management Programs

The Joint Commission again awarded Disease-Specific Care Certification to McKesson’s CareEnhance Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes and Heart Failure disease management programs. The recertification is effective through September 30, 2008.
