The following senior executives shape the strategic direction of McKesson Provider Technologies.
Sunny Sanyal has overall leadership responsibility for all of company's North American operations. In this position Sunny leads product development, implementation services, customer support and the sales and marketing functions for all products within the health systems, ambulatory, imaging and pharmacy automation market segments. Prior to his appointment as President, he served as COO and as the group president of Clinical Solutions. He joined McKesson in 2004 from G.E. Medical Systems.
Jeremy Chandler has responsibility for hospital clinicals solutions at McKesson Provider Technologies, including the Acute Care, Enterprise Performance, Life Sciences and Managed Services offerings. In this role, Chandler oversees product strategy, product marketing, product development, customer support, services and consulting across these product groups. Chandler has 30 years of healthcare IT experience in both sales and operational roles. Most recently he served as senior regional vice president for MPT’s West Region and previous to that he spent three years with McKesson United Kingdom.
David K. Henriksen holds responsibility for overseeing McKesson’s practice management and electronic health record solutions for physician practices. He joined the Physician Practice Solutions group of McKesson in 2006. Prior to McKesson, Henriksen was with GE Healthcare, where he held leadership positions in GE’s enterprise solutions, physician office and picture archiving and communication system (PACS) businesses.
Patrick Leonard is responsible for all physician revenue cycle management operations related to academic/multi-specialty, office-based, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, pathology, outreach laboratory, and radiology businesses. In this role, he oversees operations, sales, marketing, information technology, regulatory compliance and consulting services for McKesson’s revenue and billing services for the physician market.
Rod O'Reilly oversees the development of enterprise image management offerings, business management, operations and the overall success of McKesson's Horizon Medical Imaging solutions. In his role, he leads the development of a strong, integrated offering for enterprise image management, which is a key component of electronic health records (EHR). As a part of McKesson's imaging growth strategy, the company has expanded its medical imaging offering under his leadership into cardiac information solutions. O'Reilly previously served as vice president of operations at A.L.I. Technologies from 1998 to 2002, when McKesson acquired the company.
Dave Souerwine has overall responsibility for McKesson Provider Technologies' Automation Solutions group. In this role, he is responsible for sales, engineering and manufacturing, marketing and product development, and operations. His organization deploys state-of-the-art bar-code scanning and medication distribution solutions as well as solutions that automate every step in the supply chain process. Souerwine joined McKesson in June 2002 to lead the Automation Solutions group, which became part of McKesson Provider Technologies in April 2004. Prior to joining McKesson, Souerwine served as president of Proprietary Rx and OCT Pharmaceuticals for Bausch & Lomb, Inc. in Rochester, New York.
Kevan Torgerson has overall leadership responsibility for McKesson Provider Technologies' sales and marketing organizations. He also is a member of the McKesson Provider Technologies Executive Committee. Prior to this assignment, Torgerson was the vice president and general manager of Revenue Cycle Solutions. Before then, Torgerson’s array of sales positions at McKesson represents six years working as vice president in Homecare Sales and senior regional vice president in Corporate Accounts. Torgerson brings more than 20 years of sales and operational experience in the healthcare information technology industry to the organization. |
