McKesson Distinguished Achievement Awards

The McKesson Distinguished Achievement Awards program is designed to recognize outstanding achievements by McKesson customers – including hospitals, physician practices and home health agencies. Building on the legacy of the previous VIP Awards program, the Distinguished Achievement Awards celebrate the innovative use of healthcare IT to advance patient care delivery.

Award winners receive the following recognition and rewards:

  • A $5,000 grant to the organization’s foundation or charity of choice
  • Recognition at McKesson user group conferences
  • Publicity in McKesson publications and Web sites
  • Promotion to local and industry media

The 2010 Call for Entries is now closed and scoring is in progress. Check back often for updates on this year’s award winners and the 2011 Call for Entries.
