McKesson's Practice Partner Software Receives Highest Ratings in National Practice Management and EHR Applications Report

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McKesson Corporation, the world’s leading healthcare services company, today announced its Practice Partner^® suite of fully integrated electronic health record (EHR) and practice management applications received top rankings for the fourth consecutive year in the AC Group 2007 Practice Management System (PMS) and EHR Vendor Functionality and Company Rating Report.

Practice Partner software received a 5-Star rating (the highest rating) and top honors in the Multi-Specialty EHR and EHR categories. Additionally, the application was top-rated for both Small Practices (3-9 physicians) and Mid Size Practices (10-99 physicians) and received the highest overall company and total rating for Individual Physicians (1-2 physicians). The AC Group report is an extensive evaluation based on responses to more than 5,000 questions.

The AC Group quantifies six components to determine vendor ratings: product functionality, end-user satisfaction, company financial viability, client base, technology and price.
