DocuSys

DocuSys designs and markets the first Anesthesia Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to merge clinical information with intravenous medication management. The system provides the tools to deliver bar coded, unit-dose IV medications for the OR and combines clinical record keeping with adverse drug event (ADE) prevention support, drug billing and ICD-9/CPT coding. Integrated with McKesson’s Horizon Surgical Manager™, DocuSys’ modular design also permits interfacing with other clinical systems, CPOE, electronic drug dispensing units, infusion pumps in those settings where IV drug delivery is key.
