McKesson Solutions to Deliver Measureable Financial, Operational and Clinical Results LaVergne, TN– November 17, 2009 – Gulfcoast Oncology Associates, one of the nation’s largest hematology and medical oncology practices, has selected McKesson Specialty Care Solutions and its Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Onmark, as its strategic partners for a comprehensive portfolio of technology, clinical and business solutions. McKesson Specialty Care Solutions’ integrated offerings are designed to enhance Gulfcoast Oncology Associates’ success from a financial, operational and clinical perspective. McKesson’s industry-leading Lynx® technology platform will reduce drug inventory carrying costs and improve time for claims submissions, providing an immediate positive impact to the practice’s financial operations.
