The Board has instructed the Corporate Secretary, prior to forwarding any correspondence, to review such correspondence and, in her discretion, not to forward certain items if they are not relevant to and consistent with the Company's operations, policies and philosophies, are deemed of a commercial or frivolous nature or otherwise inappropriate for the Board's consideration. The Corporate Secretary's office maintains a log of all correspondence received by the Company that is addressed to members of the Board. Directors may review the log at any time, and request copies of any correspondence received.
