McKesson’s Sponsored Clinical Services Network offers a variety of programs designed to fit into your pharmacy workflow that encourage medication adherence and provide clinical services to patients, such as education and behavioral coaching.

Participating pharmacies also have the opportunity to earn service fees for participating in surveys and patient recruitment for clinical studies.

Patient Adherence Programs

Behavioral Coaching Pharmacy Intervention Program

The Pharmacy Intervention Program provides pharmacies with a unique opportunity to support patient adherence through sponsored five-minute behavioral coaching sessions delivered at your pharmacy counter. As a result of these conversations, pharmacies can deepen patient loyalty while also continuing to grow and evolve their pharmacy business.

Patient Education and Refill Reminder Letter Program

The Patient Education and Refill Reminder Letter Program provides patients with personalized letters designed to remind them to refill their prescriptions while also educating them on their medications and disease states. These automated letters are uniquely branded with your pharmacy information and signed by your store's chief pharmacist. While pharmacies earn a service fee for each letter mailed, this complimentary offering is provided at no cost to you or your patients, and individual patients may elect to opt out of the program at any time.

RxRapid Response℠ Pharmacy Survey Program

RxRapid Response presents pharmacies with the invitation to share their feedback regarding a range of industry topics. These occasional surveys are provided to pharmacies via fax and take mere minutes to complete. Pharmacies who complete and return these surveys by the stated deadline receive service fees for their time and feedback.
