Pricing Service (Rx-Net, Inc.)—Through an alliance with Rx-Net, Inc.™ our automatic price consulting service creates price schedules for the top 2,100 brand and generic items in your system using market data that is specific to your area.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)—IVR solutions provide pharmacies with a suite of services designed to improve patient adherence ratings through automation of routine patient communications. With IVR, you can automate refill and pick-up reminders to patients in either text, call or email format; enable patients to request refills without having to talk to pharmacy staff; and inform patients about vaccination clinics or other special promotions.
Med Sync—Medication synchronization enables pharmacies to improve adherence and care for patients taking multiple medications by synchronizing the fills to one pick-up date, resulting in fewer trips to the pharmacy for the patient. Pharmacies with a medication synchronization tool see an average of three additional fills per med per year.
Medicare Selection Tool—The Medicare Selection Tool is a Medicare plan comparison tool that assists pharmacies in recommending Med D plans for patients. It also identifies out-of-pocket patient costs, pharmacy reimbursements and DIR Fees.

Remote Verification & Video Consulting—This service will allow you to use your low-volume or centralized pharmacists to complete verification or patient consultation remotely so that it is not necessary to staff a pharmacist at every site.
Med Guides & Dosing Schedules—Simplified, easy-to-read med guides and dosing schedules can be translated into the native language of your patient and written for low literacy populations. Med guides are triggered to print when you dispense the medication to the patient.
