Leah Killian-Smith has over twenty-eight years of health care operations and management experience. She is a credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator, Nursing Home Administrator, certified Home Health Manager, experienced trainer, coach, and mentor. At Pathway Health, she is responsible for supporting quality assurance efforts, managing relationships with government agencies, education, training, and leads the regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiates. As the Director of Quality and Government Services, Ms. Killian-Smith oversees acquisition management projects, health department engagements, state and national association speaking, quality improvement, risk management, compliance, HIPAA, and coding.
