Kirk Kaminsky is currently President of McKesson’s U.S. Pharmaceutical business. Named to the position in April 2019, Kaminsky has been with McKesson since 2003 when he joined the company’s Corporate Strategy and Business Development group. Most recently, he headed the Specialty Provider Organization, a division of PSaS; in a prior role, he led the U.S. Pharmaceutical packaging business.
Kirk has been integral to McKesson’s growing presence in the oncology space of healthcare. He served as president of The US Oncology Network and was responsible for its financial and operational support. He also led the overall strategy in support of The Network’s vision of improving patient outcomes and quality of life, and advancing the future of cancer treatments by taking a leadership role in value-based care.
Prior to McKesson, Kirk was with Bank One Corporation, where he was responsible for setting and executing payment strategies across the commercial and retail bank. He also spent a few years in investment banking as a financial analyst, concentrating on corporate finance for healthcare and consumer retail.
Kirk received his MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics for Business from Occidental College. When he’s not working, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
