Access, Correction and Removal of Personal Information

We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably useful for commercial purposes. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”)

As a key provider of services and technology to the health care industry, McKesson has implemented programs to address the privacy and security HIPAA requirements. Under HIPAA, each covered entity (health care provider, health plan or health care clearinghouse) is required to provide or make available to you a Notice of Privacy Practices (NoPP), depending on your interaction with the covered entity. To the extent a McKesson affiliate and subsidiary is a covered entity, a NoPP will be provided to you or made available to you. The NoPP is not related to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
