Use of the Program is subject to the following terms:
Customers
(i) shall submit requests for Program products, software, and services by placing an order at the following website: http://cardreorder.cayan.com,
(ii) Cayan will notify the Customer of acceptance (in writing or electronically) of each Program order and the date by which Cayan will initiate such Program products and services,
(iii) Customer agrees that Cayan shall be the preferred provider of stored value processing provider to the Customer and its affiliates during the term of Customer's Agreement with McKesson,
(iv) each Program card issued pursuant to Customer's Agreement with McKesson will contain an account number and magnetic stripe encoded to Cayan's specifications and will incorporate an approved Cayan logo into the design of the card, and
(v) Cayan will provide periodic reports and/or file transfers for the purpose of enabling Customer to better monitor and manage the Program implemented at each of its affiliated retail store locations. Customer will have access to an online account website through a unique username and password.
