Client agrees to verify any and all fonts prior to using the fonts as live data. In the event that an error is found upon verification of the fonts provided by McKesson, Client agrees to notify McKesson immediately by phone, followed in writing, and will allow McKesson to either perform and/or communicate error corrections, provide Client with alternate providers of fonts, allow Client to update or replace current fonts with corrected fonts, or allow McKesson to disable the Software for Alternative Language functionality. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees that the use and accuracy of the Alternative Language is the sole responsibility of Client, and Client assumes the risk of liability for and agrees, at its sole expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless McKesson, its suppliers, and their respective affiliates, from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly the pre-loaded data, converted data and/or updated data.
