SAN FRANCISCO, October 24, 2016 – McKesson Corporation today announced the release of its Fiscal 2016 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, an annual publication that highlights how McKesson demonstrates its social responsibility through its actions with employees, customers, local communities and partners within the healthcare industry. This year’s report features information on McKesson’s efforts in the areas of community engagement, employee health & safety, philanthropy, environmental sustainability and supplier diversity. “The ‘CSR365’ theme of the report reflects how social responsibility is part of the fabric of McKesson, every hour of the day, every day of the year. Through our daily work, McKesson advances the health of our customers’ patients, the health of our customers’ business, and the health of the communities where we live,” said Christine Lopez, president, McKesson Foundation, and vice president, Corporate Citizenship. “Our sense of responsibility is fundamental to our culture and reflected in our ICARE Shared Principles – Integrity, Customer First, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence – which guide all that we do.”
