Measuring Our Impact in North America

From volunteering with local charities to launching new programs to better serve patients, we have found many ways to come together for greater impact and to live our purpose of Advancing Health Outcomes for All®.

How Our Employees Engage with Our Communities

Community involvement is woven into how we work and who we are. Employees across McKesson actively support causes that matter to them, translating our purpose into action in the communities where we live and work. We’re committed to creating an environment where this commitment is encouraged and meaningfully supported.

Blood Cancer United® (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) and The US Oncology Network collaborated to expand access to clinical trials for blood cancer patients through personalized education, trial matching and patient navigation services. The two-year pilot program, currently active across three states, connects patients and providers at select community cancer centers with specialized clinical trial nurse navigators.

In FY26, McKesson employees further supported Blood Cancer United’s mission by participating in Light the Night Walk events in The Woodlands, Dallas and Cary, N.C., honoring patients and families affected by blood cancers while demonstrating a shared commitment to improving cancer care and outcomes.
