Donald R. Knauss
Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Clorox Company
Mr. Knauss retired from The Clorox Company, a multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products, in 2015, having served as executive chairman of the board from November 2014 until July 2015 and chairman and chief executive officer from October 2006 until November 2014. He was executive vice president of The Coca-Cola Company and president and chief operating officer for Coca-Cola North America from February 2004 until September 2006. Prior to his employment with The Coca-Cola Company, he held various positions in marketing and sales with PepsiCo, Inc. and Procter & Gamble, and he also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves as a director of Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company) and Target Corporation. Mr. Knauss also serves on the board of trustees for the University of San Diego.
