The Corporate Secretary's office maintains a log of correspondence received by the Company that is addressed to members of the Board, other than advertisements, solicitations or correspondence deemed by the Corporate Secretary to be irrelevant to Board responsibilities. Directors may review the log at any time, and request copies of any correspondence received.
