Our Code of Conduct embodies our I²CARE values in action and provides guidance and resources to cultivate a culture of regulatory excellence. For us, integrity is more than just following rules. It includes considering the broader implications of the actions we take and doing what is right. Our Code of Conduct guides how we meet our commitments to regulators, customers, business partners, patients, communities, shareholders and each other.

On May 9, 2022, McKesson amended its Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct has been substantially rewritten and redesigned to enhance usability and is reorganized around our commitments to our stakeholders. The Code of Conduct includes expanded content on our I²CARE values, speaking up, making ethical decisions, and includes new topics such as Regulatory Excellence, Human Rights and Responsible Sourcing.
On November 4, 2024, McKesson amended its Code of Conduct, specifically:
McKesson has established a web portal and toll-free Integrity Line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which can be used to report concerns about potential violations of the company's policies or other possible illegal or unethical activity, including concerns relating to diversion of controlled substances or potential violations of law relating to controlled substances. McKesson is committed to non-retaliation against employees reporting potential violations.
Your report will be handled by a third-party specialist who will forward it to McKesson appropriately and confidentially.
