On August 20, 2019, McKesson revised its Code of Conduct to reflect the new CEO, Brian Tyler, in the US version and a more generic introduction in the McKesson Europe versions. The Code has also been amended to reflect recent SEC guidance to address Cybersecurity incidents.
On August 31, 2018, McKesson updated its Code of Conduct to reflect rebranding of its business operations in the European Economic Area and European Union under the consolidated name McKesson Europe, including translated versions for each of the different sub-brands and countries in which the company operates.
On March 31, 2016, McKesson harmonized its Code of Conduct with that utilized by Celesio AG, including translated versions for each of the different sub-brands and countries in which the combined company now operates. Both the text and images within the integrated Code of Conduct have been adapted – including the ICARE principles – to be more inclusive and applicable to a greater diversity of audiences.
On June 24, 2013, McKesson amended its Code of Conduct. The Code has been substantially re-written to simplify the language of the Code to make it easier to read, restructure the layout of the Code around commitments to our values, update the Code to reflect changes in the business and add questions and answers to help give guidance on topics of special interest.
On November 9, 2012, McKesson’s “Code of Ethics Applicable to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Financial Managers” was consolidated with and into the “Code of Conduct” applicable to all employees, including officers, as well as members of the Board of Directors.
