Through proactive risk management and clear, practical guidance, we empower employees to make principled decisions and uphold our commitment to doing what’s right.

Seeking Help and Speaking Up

We promote an environment where employees feel empowered and comfortable asking questions and raising concerns. Raising compliance concerns cultivates a better work environment, improves performance, strengthens our ethical culture and protects our company and stakeholders.

Our Integrity Lines are operated by independent third parties and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with operators available in multiple languages. Anyone inside or outside of our company can use the Integrity Lines to raise a concern. Reporters always have the option to raise concerns anonymously.
