Supporting the Fight Against Cancer

Thanks to our 40-year partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS), Cancer Doesn’t Stand a Chance®. Together, we have supported cancer research, access to care initiatives, and screening and prevention efforts.

McKesson Canada’s INVIVA, Canada’s largest private infusion network, is making a tangible difference in the community and patients with its ongoing initiative. INVIVA launched an innovative pilot program to address the impact of barriers to care for eligible infusion patients. Two clinics in Ontario are actively participating and collaborating with local partners to provide essential support for patients. This includes arranging transportation to and from appointments, as well as delivering weekly produce for up to a year during treatment. By increasing these touchpoints, INVIVA aims to significantly enhance the patient experience and improve patient outcomes, demonstrating McKesson's commitment to advancing health outcomes for all.

Advocating for Cancer Care

During an event in Dallas, Texas, Brian Tyler, CEO, McKesson, generously presented a $200,000 donation to Jeff Fehlis, executive vice president of the American Cancer Society (ACS) South Region.

This donation is aimed at supporting the ACS Hope Lodge Program, which provides a comforting and supportive environment for cancer patients while they undergo treatment.

ACS Hope Lodges serve as a home away from home, offering solace and care to those who need it most.

By working together as one team, we can pool our resources, knowledge and expertise to maximize our reach and drive lasting change in the communities that need it most.
