North American Pharmaceutical

Our North American Pharmaceutical segment unites our wholesale drug distribution businesses in the United States and Canada to deliver best-in-class services across a broad and diverse customer base. We help to ensure medicines and therapies get where they need to go—safely, reliably, and on time. Through our physical infrastructure, services and digitally connected distribution network that spans across North America, we keep healthcare moving by delivering medicines in retail and community pharmacies, specialty care settings and health systems. Our team partners with pharmaceutical companies, care providers, pharmacies, manufacturers, governments, and others to deliver insights, products, technology and services that help make quality care more accessible and affordable.

Oncology and Multispecialty

Our Oncology and Multispecialty segment delivers a portfolio of integrated solutions that support patient care by accelerating drug development, expanding access to high-quality care close to home and ensuring life-saving therapies reach the patients who need them most. We provide practice management, technology solutions, specialty drug distribution, clinical trial and group purchasing services, along with pharmacy solutions for community-based oncology practices and multispecialty providers in retina and ophthalmology. We partner behind the scenes with healthcare providers in local communities, supporting their operations so that they can stay focused on who matters most – patients.

Medical-Surgical Solutions

Our Medical-Surgical Solutions segment merchandises and distributes medical-surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, laboratory equipment and supplies to non-acute care settings in the United States. These include physician offices, surgery centers, long-term care providers, laboratories, home health and hospice agencies, health systems, government facilities, and online marketplaces and retailers. We offer more than 285,000 national brand products as well as McKesson’s own line of high-quality products through our network of U.S. distribution centers.

Prescription Technology Solutions

Our Prescription Technology Solutions (RxTS) segment helps solve medication access, affordability and adherence challenges for patients by working across healthcare to connect patients, pharmacies, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, health plans and biopharma companies. We serve our biopharma and life sciences partners, delivering innovative solutions that help people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. Additionally, we offer prescription price transparency, benefit insight, dispensing support services, third-party logistics and wholesale distribution support.

Other

Distribution and retail operations in Norway. On August 4, 2025, McKesson entered into a definitive agreement to sell our businesses in Norway. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals.
